Competition Policy and Law

(“CPL”), CCS has launched the

ASEAN CPL Programme and will

develop a regional handbook

on e-commerce to help ASEAN

Member States identify and

of competition law enforcement.

Among various priorities, CCS’s

focus for 2017 is on the digital and

data economy, competition issues

in private sector procurement

and assessing non-price sources

of market power.
