Given the global nature of its economy,
Singapore needs to be aware of, and be ready
for, new developments in the region and
beyond. Amidst this dynamic environment,
CCS traverses borders, actively participates
and contributes to regional and international
fora on competition policy and law. It also
forges strong ties with overseas competition
authorities to cooperate on competition law
enforcement as well as to enhance technical
cooperation and experience sharing. Such
collaboration also serves to enhance CCS’s
capabilities to handle a broader spectrum of
cases, many of which are increasingly cross-
border in nature.
