competition authority, Autorité de
la Concurrence, and met its new
president Ms. Isabelle de Silva. The two
competition agencies had a fruitful
exchange on topics such as state-owned
enterprises and their own work priorities.

CCS officers attended the American
Bar Association Antitrust Law 2017
Spring Meeting, where sessions were
conducted by the United States
Department of Justice on its recent
cases and policy developments. There
were also break-out sessions on topics
ranging from litigation issues for
antitrust cases to developments for
consumer protection.
