comprised distinguished professionals in the
competition circles:
Participants discussed how competition
policy can harness the benefits of disruptive
innovation, alongside the challenges these
disruptions might bring and how they can
be addressed. The following emerged as
winners out of 71 entries from local academic
institutions and working professionals:

year’s CCS-ESS Essay Competition.
Launched by CCS, in partnership
with the Economic Society of Singapore
(“ESS”) for the second time, the
competition invited participants to
examine how competition policy
in Singapore and disruptive
innovation complement or
displace each other.
