programme to a group of
Year Four NUS Business School
undergraduates. During the
session, the students learned
how to apply CCS’s competition
assessment framework through
case study discussions.
CCS spoke about competition
law and regional and global
competition law developments
with 200 NUS Business law
students. They conducted an
informative session through
relevant case studies on how CCS
assesses anti-competitive conduct.
NUS Economics
CCS conducted a lecture to a
group of NUS Economics students
under the industrial organisation
programme. Students learned
about the competition regime
in Singapore and the impact of
e-commerce on competition.
The session enhanced students’
understanding of Singapore’s
competition regime.
