CCCS Advisory on Impersonation Emails
Victims of scams would typically receive emails by scammers impersonating government and public service agencies, with instructions to follow or to request for information.
CCCS would like to remind members of the public to stay vigilant and protect yourself against impersonation emails. You are advised to do the following:
- Do not disclose your personal details to anyone without verification. Never share confidential information such as account passwords and OTPs with anyone.
- Do not click on URLs provided in unsolicited emails.
- Always verify the authenticity of the information or request with official sources.
If in doubt, please contact CCCS at CCCS_Feedback@cccs.gov.sg to verify the authenticity of any correspondence you received from CCCS.
Members of the public can visit www.scamalert.sg or call the Anti-Scam Hotline on 1800-722-6688 to find out more about scams.
